Important Notice:

Sisters of the Golden Moon is now using RingSurf to host our webring. Our main concern was to bring you a webring that is easy to configure as well as having all the features that the previous webring provided. We know you will be happy with our webring and look forward to having you with us!

Welcome to the Sisters of the Golden Moon Ring. This ring was designed and set up to link the web sites of the ladies of the Sisters of the Golden Moon, as well as those who desire to be members of our ring. It is not a requirement that you join SGM.

Sisters of the Golden Moon is a webring open to membership for all who meet the criteria outlined. We invite you to join our ring and unite with us as ring members. We promise you that the members of SGM will surf this ring and visit your sites ... we are a social group!

Webring members who wish to apply for formal membership into the exclusive Sisters of the Golden Moon group may do so by visiting our Constellation pages, choosing one which you wish to align with, and completing the application form. Your acceptance for membership will be validated with a letter outlining the structure and private url's for Sisters of the Golden Moon.

We invite you to join and unite with Sisters of the Golden Moon!

A ring is a great way to bring more traffic to your web site, as well as have other star sisters learn more about you.

Here are the steps to joining the ring. Please follow them exactly to preserve the integrity of the ring! Right click on the image below to save and upload to your server.

Special Note: This ring fragment is a mapped image. Please do not modify the code as this will cause your fragment to not function properly.

Join the ring This will take you to RingSurf, where you will enter your site information, as well as choose a user id and a password for your own use. Please make sure that the url you enter is the same one you will place your ring panel on. When you are through entering your info, press the 'Add me to the ring' button to send your information in.

Please Note: Submitting your site will put your page in the Sisters of the Golden Moon Ring queue, where it will remain until HarleyAngel (W) adds you to the ring. Completing this form does not insert you in the ring, the actual insertion to the ring is done after HarleyAngel (W) checks your site for the html code. Be sure to email HarleyAngel when you have added the code to your page.

If you don't get an auto-generated message from webring within 10 or 20 minutes of submitting your site to the queue, then please resubmit your information. You should receive this email within minutes of your submission. Please save this email, as it has your user id, site id and password!

The code that you need will be included in the email message that you receive with your site ID, confirming your submission. Your HTML fragment will be customized and ready for you to insert into your html document. Be sure it is placed on the same page that you submitted when you joined the ring.

Copy the graphics for your webring logo to your directory. Remember where you saved it, and edit the code so that it references the code in your directory. If you have questions about how to do that - email HarleyAngel for assistance

If you have done everything correctly, you should now have a fragment similar to the one below on your webpage.

Once you have copied/pasted the html code to your web page and uploaded the page to your server, you should then e-mail Golden Persona Star, HarleyAngel , letting her know that you have the code in place on your web page, and requesting that you be added to the ring.

Please do this within 72 hours of when you sign up to join the webring.

In your e-mail to her, please include your Site ID # and the EXACT URL location where you have placed the html code for the ring. Your page will then be checked for accuracy by the SGM webring committee. If all is well, you will then receive an e-mail telling you you've been added to the ring.

That's it! You should now be able to navigate through the entire ring until you make it back to your own page (although it may take a while). An easy way to make sure it is working is to click on the "Next" button on your own code and see if it takes you to the next site in the ring.
